We are currently taking applications for a qualified and experienced bookkeeper. All work is performed on site for various clients with limited opportunities to work from our office in Kilsyth. The majority of clients are in the City and surrounds and Eastern Suburbs. There will be little to no opportunity to work from your own home.

You must have your own transport. Contractors are welcome to apply subject to our policy of engaging contractors.

The position includes:

- Bookkeeping using MYOB & Quickbooks

- Accounts payable

- Accounts receivable

- Bank reconciliations

- Payroll

- Various other tasks supporting the bookkeeping requirements for clients

Opportunities may also arise in:

- Training

- Software Consulting

- Support / troubleshooting

 

Candidates having less than 5 years practical experience in bookkeeping using MYOB, Quickbooks and Excel may not be capable of fulfilling the requirements of this position.

Regular training & support is provided by qualified and highly experienced accountants.

Work days and hours vary, determined by client requirements so a flexible and creative approach is required to be successful in this position. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a competency test and enter an employment agreement.
