Do I get the same bookkeeper/accountant all the time?

Yes, unless they are on leave.

Can You Prepare The BAS?

Yes, but not all Bookkeepers can - legally. Under current legilsation, only registered Tax or BAS Agents can provide BAS Services. Both the business & Russell Smith are registered BAS Agents.

Are you Insured?

Yes. We have Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.

What happens if the bookkeeper/accountant leaves you?

They are replaced without fuss or incident as we have flexibility within our team to provide continual services without major disruptions.

How am I charged?

Our bookkeeper/accountant will present a timesheet for authorisation after each appointment from which an invoice will be raised and issued. Minimum charges apply, but all work is based on hourly rates, so you are only charged for the time spent.

Is there a contract to enter into?

Yes, but….. it is an agreement between the client and Carruss Consultants to protect confidentiality, rates, services and defines our ethical issues.

How do I pay?

We accept cheque, eftpos & credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).

When do I pay?

Payment due within 14 days of invoice.

We may not know exactly when we need services, what can you do?

Many businesses have seasonal fluctuations and encounter variances in workload. We are flexible and endeavor to provide the services that our clients require at times convenient to all.

Does your service cost more than employing someone?

We provide a quality and professional service at reasonable rates, very competitive to similar service providers.

Do I have a choice of bookkeeper/accountant?

Usually yes, we do try to provide options but will depend on each business circumstance and requirements.
